Katie Bulmer-Cooke

Fitness entrepreneur Katie, began her journey in the world of business at the age of 16, setting up exercise classes in her home town of Sunderland. Fast forward 13 years and Katie is now selling her fitness DVDs and online training programmes in the 11 countries across the world, as well as educating her fellow fitness professionals on how they can grow their businesses and developing new group fitness concepts for leisure trusts, councils and the private sector.

She is a highly sought after presenter and educator, sharing her work and ideas at the UK’s biggest fitness conventions such as Fit Pro Live and The International Fitness Showcase and is best known for her down to earth, friendly approach to fitness.

As a young entrepreneur, Katie is an in-demand professional speaker, appearing at Elite Business London, BE Group, LFX, several Universities and awards evenings and 2015 saw her host The National Fitness Awards, deliver the keynote speech at The National Fitness Conference and be a panelist at the UK Active National Summit.

In addition to consultancy and brand creation, Katie also presents a health and fitness show (Total Tone Up)and a chat show (Chatty Lasses), in which she has also taken the role of producer, on MADE TV. She has a strong PR and social media following, appearing and being published in Workout Magazine, FitPro, Bella, Women’s Weekly, FHM, Holland & Barrett Magazine and Health Club Management.
