Gina Allsop

Gina Allsop is a former Royal Signals, Engineer who has been deployed on many operations during her service. She won the esteemed Soldiering On Award, Inspirational of the Year 2022 and the Veterans Awards, Volunteer of the Year 2023 for her charity and volunteering work with military, youth and animal charities.

Gina is a natural leader but her reserved and empathetic personality gives her a professional, assertive and mature approach.  Her expert knowledge and passion shines out when she delivers talks and motivational speeches.

She is a highly skilled and motivated security professional with an unblemished military and private sector career spanning 30 years.  She has an abundance of experience managing surveillance operations, directing close protection tasks, leading security projects and working as a highly respected professional security trainer.

Following completion of her last appointment at Hereford, Gina presented a multitude of accolades that ranged from assisting training for the recruits and their professional development on the road to becoming SRR operators to in-house courses to the SAS/SBS and MI5 upskilling courses.

After leaving the military, Gina joined a highly trained team of instructors that delivered training to non-UK military Special Forces such as USA Delta Force and Navy Seals, Seal Team 6 both overseas and within the UK. She has continued to train large organisations on Hostile Environment Courses such as the BBC, ITV & Sky. Gina also became a security consultant and body guard for foreign Royal Families and ‘A’ list Celebrities and continues this work to date.

Gina is a successful business owner of ARC 24 Ltd. The company provided security and training for the MOD in its protection and training of MOD ships for the last 14 years. It employed up to 80 – 100 members of staff until a hostile takeover occurred, resulting in the removal of all old subcontractors from site. ARC 24 Ltd still operates in a reduced capacity with a plethora of training, security and surveillance contracts throughout the UK.

In 2019 Gina’s Brother was diagnosed with cancer, 4 months later after he died, Gina the started a quest of 100 miles a week for a year to honour her brother, raise money for a local cancer charity. 5200 miles later she had raised £10,000 and set up a Art Foundation in her brothers name for Cancer Patients

From here she did not stop, she then raised a further £250,000 for veterans charities in two years by various means, writing a poetry book, fundraising challenges like 50k a day for 30 days and many many more as a established adventurer and fundraiser. I her spare time she volunteers for many charities and organisations. Gina is a ambassador for Woodys Lodge, Purple Warriors, Crawl 4 Change and The V word.  She also serves as a adult instructor with the Army Cadets for the last 10 years and a Marine Mammal Medic rescuing seals and dolphins for the last 6 years
