Steve Beckles-Ebusua is a highly sought after charismatic keynote speaker for both educational establishments and blue chip companies such as Barclays Bank   He motivates and inspires individuals and teams to exceed their expectations and to overcome self-defeating beliefs that are holding them back from reaching their full potential and their goals.

Steve began his career as an engineer for the film company AGFA UK but struggled to find a work/life balance and sense of purpose.   He lost all direction and reached rock bottom finally having therapy for depression.   He realised his situation was not unique and decided to take back control of his life.

For the next 20 years Steve studied the science of self-beliefs, habits and developing a growth mindset. He conducted several large surveys which has helped him design a range of programmes and workshops for students

He has written several books on self-defeating habits including ‘7 life improvements steps for teenagers’ and ‘Tips and Techniques to Understanding your teenager”

Steve works with clients all over the world including USA, Austria, Sweden, Germany, Holland, Cyprus and Spain helping them understand who they really are, what they’re capable of and what they need in their lives to be fulfilled.  He maintains everyone has within them the requirements needed to be powerful, creative managers of their lives but often individuals limit this without realizing   They leave with Steve tips on staying motivated and the power of ‘living in the now’.
