Alexandra Forsyth is a thought leader, podcast host, and TEDx community presenter / curator who helps people step into braver, bigger versions of their lives through conversation and storytelling.

Alexandra focuses on “Human ROI and Digital Transformation” under the umbrella of not waiting for permission or burning out. Sharing tools and strategies for time management, feedback and crafting a mission statement.

Throughout the last years, Alexandra shifted her mindset towards community, culture and human return on investment; incorporating compounding issues concerning AI, technology, economic uncertainty and more through MC hosting events, moderating panel discussions, roundtable deep dive sessions, and keynote talks. Alexandra spends her time with leaders to understand personal and business fatigue helping develop resilience.

Key Deliverables

Event hosting. Major Events International with representatives in sports, festival and culture; discussing sustainability, workforce modernisation, upskilling, AI and technology. Alexandra moderated panel discussions and passed the mic during roundtable discussions helping drive conversations.

Conference and workshops. Delivered Dream Big collaborations with brands. Co-led the first “Women in Cyber” program in Ukraine this year, bringing more talented individuals into the cyber field; she thrives on connecting the dots and advocating for early careers where possible. The program consisted of 3 days on-site in Kyiv, followed by a 10-week program including virtual workshops inviting guest speakers from all backgrounds, talking about their roles and responsibilities, technical vs non-technical skills and strategies.

Launching her pioneering podcast “Take a Chance on You”, a space created against the backdrop of many conversations with strangers in London, networking has enabled Alexandra to think more broadly, and understand how no matter the industry, everyone faces similar challenges in terms of loneliness, anxiety, lack of community and the need for better career guidance.

TEDx Talk, “Why We Need Community Now More Than Ever,” in October 2024 reminded the audience to remain open to change and foster better collaboration together; underscoring her conviction that culture—not code—ultimately keeps organisations safe. Industries need to be “humanised”, taking away power struggles and over reliance on processes and technology; removing titles and thinking about conversations we have together.

CAREER HIGLIGHTS

Threat Intelligence Industry Lead, Accenture Security, UK (September 2022- January 2025).

As a senior analyst, navigating into a leadership position quickly for several retail and fashion brands globally, Alexandra transformed client engagements through briefings, in-person workshops and strategic reporting including threat landscape, threat modelling, playbook creation, strategy, and risk assessments.

Alexandra collaborated threat intelligence across several teams internal and external to cyber security, including SOC, incidents response, threat hunting, GRC, legal, brand, and business to lead BAU services; including peak season (Black Friday / Christmas).

Senior Threat Intelligence Analyst, The Workshop- Inventors of Play, UK (May 2022-August 2022).

Alexandra spent her time with The Workshop, specialising in the gaming industry, responsible for liaising and supporting teams within the

cyber security department through actionable intelligence, such as indicators of compromise, alongside various threat intelligence frameworks: MITRE ATT&CK, Pyramid of Pain and Kill Chain

Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst, Tempest Security Intelligence, UK (April 2021-April 2022).

Alexandra gained foundational skills during her time with Tempest, carrying out investigations into suspicious activity pertinent to clients within retail and fashion industries, through monitoring, triaging and responding to security alerts as part of BAU

operations, whilst developing an understanding of core OSINT tools used to gather data and perform analysis. Knowledgeable towards threat intelligence frameworks including MITRE ATT&CK, Kill Chain and Diamond Model, to aid understanding of attack vectors and relevant Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs).

The Dream Big Workshop 

Alexandra Forsyth engaged participants during a reflective discussion about personal development, emphasising the importance of dreaming big, overcoming challenges, and taking actionable steps towards achieving goals. Alexandra encouraged participants to create a mission statement that serves as a roadmap for their aspirations, while also highlighting the value of “purpose, goals, vision and self-worth”; community support and accountability in the journey of self-improvement.

Alexandra hosted the workshop at Brompton Library in the heart of Chelsea, London, bringing together all age groups, discussing motivation, creativity and practical goal-setting to support in shaping aspirations for 2026.
